Cornerstone Housing & Educational Global Development, is a 501c3 organization facilitating the needs of the community by developing multifamily affordable housing for Veterans, Seniors, Homeless individuals and Families of low to moderate income earners within the USA and various collaborative global markets.

In 2020, Our vision is to become the Cornerstone of every community locally and globally that provides development of non-biased housing and educational services to the financially underserved areas which will empower individuals to succeed as a contributing member of society. CH&GD will provide education in the form of Vocational training to our communities, along with daycare services for in-house families and to the public.  Our vision is to empower minorities, woman and men with the tools needed to succeed and create a self-sufficient way of life becoming free from systematic oppression.

Our global expansion will extend through our partnered Trade Affiliates in Israel, Italy, Africa, Spain, London, and India to facilitate the development of (PUD) Planned Unit Developments and farming initiatives to resolve sustainability efforts to the shortage of food and water crisis. This will allow us to improve the economic and social disparities within minority communities to drive sustainable economic growth.
